4 cups cold cooked white rice
2 tablespoon water
1 cup of green peas
1 tablespoon butter
2 -3 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 medium onion chopped
3 garlic cloves coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons soy sauce (this replaces salt)
1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup of Chives finely chopped
Scramble the 4 eggs in a bowl with 1/2 of the chopped onions and garlic.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat. when it starts sizzling add the scrambled eggs in the pan. stir and adjust heat to medium until cooked (scrambled Style).
Add the cooked rice, sesame oil,black pepper, the reminders of the onion and garlic and soy sauce for taste. Stir-fry tossing continuously for about 2 minutes add the chives.
Note Adjust for your tasting: (add extra soy sauce and black pepper if needed for your taste buds).
